This is an information site. It does not require registration and has no contact forms. To deliver and protect the service, technical connection data may be processed, including IP addresses and server logs. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in security, availability and operation of the service under Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
Cloudflare, Inc. provides network delivery and security services and may process connection data as a technical service provider.
External links
Editorial pages may link to third-party institutional sources. Following a link takes the visitor to a separate site, whose operator processes data under its own privacy policy. This English site does not use affiliate links and does not record affiliate clicks.
Usage statistics
Only after express consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to produce aggregated statistics about page views and traffic sources. The legal basis is consent under Article 6.1.a of the GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time under Article 7.3.
Google Analytics 4 does not record the complete IP address. Consent can be changed or withdrawn through the Manage cookies link.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Technical data may be processed by the hosting provider and Cloudflare, Inc. When statistics are accepted, Google Ireland Ltd also processes data. Cloudflare and Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where required, safeguards also include the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Retention periods
Technical server logs are retained for security purposes for no longer than 90 days. Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Data protection rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by using the contact details above. They may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
A complaint may be lodged with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the supervisory authority for the controller's main establishment in Italy. A complaint may also be lodged with the competent supervisory authority in the data subject's country of residence.
